"Dish it Out" is a comedy cooking show hosted by the boisterous Tony Spatafora. At 24 episodes (so far), we have won multiple Taste Awards for comedy, 16 special guest stars (Naomi Grossman, French Stewart, Charles Shaughnessy to name a few), a musical episode, and enough recipes to make your mouth water. 

After Tony's video application I shot for him wasn't selected by the Next Food Network Star competition, we created this web series to show the world what we could do. Shot in my home kitchen, I direct, DP, cam-op and edit the show (about halfway through our episodes we brought in extra help so now I have a second cam-op and editor). 

I designed the format and look of the show, as well as the Dish it Out logo and its variations. Episodes run between 12 and 24 minutes long, although we do have 60 second mini-episodes called "Side Dishes" (theme music written and performed by me and my team).
